So far, Magix has sent me over 8 emails with possible solutions to the problem I'm having with the 'Travel Route Animation' feature not working. These solutions included a complete systems check, as well as various patches. The system check revealed that one of my USB drivers was out of date.

I have no idea what this would have to do with their browser not connecting to the internet, but I updated it with no solution. The same was true with all of the other patches. This makes me wonder why they have so many patches if there is not a known problem with this feature. Their last explanation was that my virus protection program or firewall must be blocking the browser from the internet. I explained that I had tried the feature with both of those turned off and that their browser was still unable to connect. There has been no response after that reply.
